Corporate yoga offers a complete system of lifestyle management, our workshop includes lecture series on anxiety, depression, tension, fear, worries, headache, low self-esteem, overconfidence and memory loss. Specific yoga modules includes Chair Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation to suits Corporates need in Public, Private, and Business Sectors. Corporate yoga will increase employees productivity, improve workplace environment, improve relationship with emotional balance.

HR also needs motivation tools to make people realize that the company cares for them as people not only for their output. We therefore need to go to HR saying that we want to run a Yoga-based program to optimize managerial effectiveness.The broad components of any Yoga-based course ( each session for ½ day or 3 hours) which we run, will be:

A theoretical component for 1 hour

A practical component over 1.5 hours covering
- Asanas to open the body channels and free the mind
- Breathing techniques
- Yogic ways for relaxation
- Creative games for memory development, concentration and Focus

Q&A: 30 minutes
These broad components will be offered in 2 overall programs each of which will be offered to different executive segments. The components would remain the same but the contents of each component would of course vary both between the programs and within the same program from session to session.
The programs each offer 12 half day sessions, once a month. If required HR can choose a truncated program of 6 half day sessions over 6 months.
Each session will address a different topic to meet the objectives delineated above.
